This notice covers AERO's public business-information pages, operated by Eagle Aviation Columbia, LLC. The application remains in internal testing.

Information handled by these pages

Our Google Cloud hosting infrastructure processes technical request information, such as IP addresses, request paths, timestamps and response status, to deliver the website, troubleshoot failures and protect it against abuse.

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send so we can respond. Please avoid sending sensitive credentials.

Cookies and tracking

These information pages do not set application cookies, run advertising or analytics scripts, collect waitlist signups, or load third-party payment forms.

Use and access

We use website request information for operation and security, and correspondence to handle your inquiry. Google Cloud processes website requests as our hosting provider. Authorized staff and service providers may handle information for these purposes. Information may also be retained or disclosed where required by law.

Privacy questions

Contact privacy@withaero.app to ask about information you have provided or request access, correction or deletion. We may need to verify a request and assess applicable retention requirements. A separate or updated notice will describe additional processing before public application registration or payments become available.
